“The Expression Of The Son”
John 1:1-5
1 IN
THE beginning
[before all time]
was the Word (aChrist),
and the Word was with God, and the Word was God
bHimself.
[Isa 9:6.]
2 He
was present originally with God.
3 All
things were made
and
came into existence
through Him; and without Him was not even one thing made that has
come into being.
4 In
Him was Life, and the Life was the Light of men.
5 And
the Light shines on in the darkness, for the darkness has never
overpowered it
[put it out or
absorbed it or appropriated it, and is unreceptive to it].
AMP
All that is in existence today came
THROUGH the Expressed Son, (notice: not BY Him, but THROUGH Him)
whose expression is Life and that Life is the Light that shines
within the darkness of mankind. (notice: the Light shines IN the
darkness, not INTO the darkness. The Greek word for “in” here is
“en” which means amongst and present with. This Light shines IN the
darkness) The Light that was in the Father, which was expressed
through His Son, is now being expressed through the Sons of God. God
is the source of this Light, which continues to shine forth from Him
in the darkness. Jesus is that LIGHT (the radiant illumination of
the Source) and He is continually enlightening mankind through His
Life, which is the Life of His Father, God. (notice: Life is Source
– Light is Life expressed.) God expressed His Life through Christ
Jesus by shining that Life in the world. Once that Light entered
into the world, darkness was defeated. Once expressed, the Life of
God was, now is and will continue to be expressed until all darkness
has been swallowed up into that enlightenment. Indeed, in the
beginning when that Life was first expressed, the die had been cast
and nothing could change the outcome of God’s plan and purpose. It
is a mystery to lowly man concerning the why’s and the wherefore’s
of God’s having made the worlds and their inhabitants in such
corruptible states. Perhaps God wanted to express out of His
perfection a contrast of imperfection, which in turn would give even
more glory to that perfection that He is. A perfectly imperfect
creation, so to speak.
Eph 1:18-23
18 By
having the eyes of your heart flooded with light, so that you can
know and
understand the
hope to which He has called you, and how rich is His glorious
inheritance in the saints (His set-apart ones),
19 And
[so that you
can know and understand]
what is the
immeasurable
and unlimited
and
surpassing greatness
of His power in
and
for us who believe, as
demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength,
20 Which
He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him
at His [own]
right hand in
the heavenly
[places],
21 Far
above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name
that is named
[above every title
that can be conferred],
not only in this age
and
in this world, but
also in the age
and
the world which are to
come.
22 And
He has put all things under His feet and has appointed Him the
universal and supreme Head of the church
[a headship
exercised throughout the church],
[Ps 8:6.]
23 Which
is His body, the fullness of Him Who fills all in all
[for in that body
lives the full measure of Him Who makes everything complete, and Who
fills everything everywhere with Himself].

Throughout the
scriptures, we see much involvement of opposites playing their parts
in descriptive narratives. Good and evil, flesh and spirit, heaven
and earth, natural and spiritual, light and darkness, etc. Some of
God’s children see this as an eternal struggle between these
elements, a fight to the end between opposites that will never know
peace as long as both are in existence. However, I believe God has a
better plan than that scenario! When we speak of any of these
scriptural opposites, we must keep in mind that in the beginning,
they all came from the same Source. Look at how the Message Bible
states this certain verse in Genesis.
Gen 1:1-2
1
First this: God
created the Heavens and Earth — all you see, all you don't see.
2
(from THE MESSAGE: The
Bible in Contemporary Language © 2002 by Eugene H. Peterson. All

I like that. All you see and all you
don’t see came from the same Source, God. Now, we know this about
God. He is a Spirit. (John 4:24) So, out of the Spirit that God is,
came forth the Word (Christ) and all things were created through the
expression of that Word, both what we see (natural) and what we
don’t see (spiritual). Both elements came from the same Source. As
we look at our world today, we see our planet Earth, made up of
rocks, dirt, mountains, oceans, trees, animals, insects, grass, air,
chemicals, metals, stones, etc. In the past, none of these elements
have been categorized as being in any way, shape or form, SPIRITUAL.
However, according to the scriptures, these natural, inorganic
elements all came from an entity that is characterized as being A
SPIRIT! If there is anything we do know, we know that heaven and all
the elements of heaven had their beginning in our God. Angels,
flying creatures, spirits of just men made perfect, New Jerusalem,
the River of Life, The Tree of Life, the Throne Room, the Manchild,
souls, elders, etc., we have no problem with the fact that all of
these spiritual things came from a Spiritual Creator. The old Church
doctrines have had us all in the state of mind that we can’t wait to
get out of this earthly, dark, lifeless world and one day be in a
world that is spirit and wonderful, filled with joy and peace. But,
the truth of the matter is that there is a spiritual part of this
natural world that we have not even recognized, buried deep within
the perishable condition of these temporal forms and structures,
there is a spiritual identity that God plans to manifest in the
continuing eons of time. There is a New Earth and a New Heaven
waiting to appear dear ones! Not just in man, but in the present
natural world. We have no problem knowing that God has hid within
mankind a New Creature of Christ, a New Man that is waiting to come
forth out of this house of clay and transform our earthly body into
a New Body, like unto His own Glorious Body. We have known that for
a long time, but do we know that we are not the only thing that God
has written His creative signature upon? He created out of Himself
all things and He has filled all things with Himself! Not just
mankind, but everything that came into existence, He put a part of
Himself within it.
All creation groans for
a spiritual rebirth! I believe every part of God’s creation has a
groan within it for the manifestation of the sons of God. Not just
mankind, but everything! Although Mankind was made in the express
image and likeness of the Father and Mankind is above all other
creative things as far as an intimate union with the Father, we must
know that this planet and all the other planets and galaxies of this
creation all had their beginning from the same Source. Indeed, all
natural things came OUT OF God, not just made out of nothingness,
but they were all made from God-stuff. That means that as we become
more One with our Father, we will become more One with everything
that our Father brought forth. You may think I am a bit mad when I
say this, but I believe we will start to communicate with this
present creation in a way that we never thought possible. We will
certainly have to let go of most of our mindsets concerning how
different each element of God’s creation is from one another,
leaving behind all of the scientific dogma and courses in physics
that have bound us to these polarized thoughts of what is spiritual
and what is natural, but this we must do, if we are serious about
entering into that place in the Father where we see everything as He
sees it. Now that is a scary thought! The fact of the matter is that
God sees everything different than we do. He sees things as they
are, not as they seem. We are due for a huge shaking in our being,
as we approach the next phase of the manifested Christ. There are
times, ordered by the Lord, when something happens in our ordered,
established world of how things are supposed to be, that completely
upsets all of the rules and laws that we have created about our
world and how things are supposed to behave and interact with one
another. Men call these “anomalies”, elements and events behaving
outside of their designated state and condition. Get ready for a
series of “anomalies” in the spirit, as heaven and earth get ready
to come together to form a corporate expression of the Source of
Life. It is important for us to know that earth was made for heaven
and heaven was made for earth. Just because they are not fashioned
and formed to be exact copies of one another does not negate the
fact that they are intrinsically connected to form something
together that will have a sum that is greater than the individual
parts themselves. Light and darkness were made for each other,
believe it or not. They are eternally connected as opposites that
need each other to truly identify themselves. What would light be
without the contrast of darkness? Life and death are absolutely two
opposite elements that have been used by the scriptures to describe
a process of birth and rebirth, which will be an eonian process of
moving from one state and condition into a higher state and
condition, until we arrive at the final state in Christ and the
Father.
There is a set time and
season for everything under the sun, a time to laugh, a time to cry,
a time to live and a time to die and so on and on it goes in the
passing of time. However, we are beginning to see some “anomalies”
in this pattern, which foretell a time when certain elements are not
going to stay in their set orders and patterns. There is beginning
to appear in our midst a new expression of Christ that is going to
begin to break up the patterns that have run their designated
courses up until this age, as a people begin to metamorphosis into
that Christ-expression that will signal the culmination of all
processes and patterns.
I will list some examples of
“anomalies” that have been recorded in the scriptures that
illustrate how God has moved upon the orders of the natural world
and caused them to appear in strange states and conditions.
2 Kings 6:1-7
And the sons of the
prophets said unto Elisha, Behold now, the place where we dwell with
thee is too strait for us.
2 Let
us go, we pray thee, unto Jordan, and take thence every man a beam,
and let us make us a place there, where we may dwell. And he
answered, Go ye.
3 And
one said, Be content, I pray thee, and go with thy servants. And he
answered, I will go.
4 So
he went with them. And when they came to Jordan, they cut down wood.
5 But
as one was felling a beam, the axe head fell into the water: and he
cried, and said, Alas, master! for it was borrowed.
6 And
the man of God said, Where fell it? And he shewed him the place. And
he cut down a stick, and cast it in thither; and the iron did swim.
7 Therefore
said he, Take it up to thee. And he put out his hand, and took it.
Ex 4:1-7
4
And Moses
answered and said, But, behold, they will not believe me, nor
hearken unto my voice: for they will say, The
Lord hath not
appeared unto thee.
2 And
the Lord said unto
him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod.
3 And
he said, Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it
became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it.
4 And
the Lord said unto
Moses, Put forth thine hand, and take it by the tail. And he put
forth his hand, and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand:
5 That
they may believe that the
Lord God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of
Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath appeared unto thee.
6 And
the Lord said
furthermore unto him, Put now thine hand into thy bosom. And he put
his hand into his bosom: and when he took it out, behold, his hand
was leprous as snow.
7 And
he said, Put thine hand into thy bosom again. And he put his hand
into his bosom again; and plucked it out of his bosom, and, behold,
it was turned again as his other flesh.
Ex 3:1-4
3
Now Moses kept
the flock of Jethro his father in law, the priest of Midian: and he
led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the
mountain of God, even to Horeb.
2 And
the angel of the Lord
appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush:
and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush
was not consumed.
3 And
Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the
bush is not burnt.
4 And
when the Lord saw
that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of
the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I.
Josh 10:12-14
12 Then
spake Joshua to the Lord
in the day when the
Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of
Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still
upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon.
13 And
the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had
avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the
book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and
hasted not to go down about a whole day.
14 And
there was no day like that before it or after it, that the
Lord hearkened unto
the voice of a man: for the
Lord fought for Israel.
There isn’t enough space in this
writing to list all of the scriptural testimonies of natural
elements that have been moved out of their designed states and
conditions to fulfill God’s purpose and will. The miraculous
accounts in the scriptures, both in the Old Covenant and the New
Testament, give us reason to believe that everything in creation has
other properties and behaviors that are inherent to the indwelling
Life of God, the Source of all that is seen and known and those
things that are not seen or known. No wonder we are being dealt with
by the spirit of the Lord to let go of our earthly reasoning and
begin to walk and talk in the supernatural realm of God’s presence.
As we see our earthliness start to pass away with a loud noise, we
must be aware of the RISING of a new dimension in our existence, one
that has been there all along.
2 Peter 3:10-13
10 But
the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which
the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements
shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are
therein shall be burned up.
11 Seeing
then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of
persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12 Looking
for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the
heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall
melt with fervent heat?
13 Nevertheless
we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth,
wherein dwelleth righteousness. KJV
Now, this scenario has always been
presented by the traditional church as a literal and natural event,
being the destruction of the world as we know it and then the
appearance of a new heaven and a new earth from somewhere “out
there” in the blue yonder. But we see this as an event that is going
to melt away the natural order and form of things, which will reveal
a new world that has been present all along, but buried in the
earthly image of the natural world. Most of the Kingdom believers
see this as a spiritual typology of mankind itself, as we are
ourselves made up of both a natural body (earth) and a spirit/soul
(heaven), with our natural and carnal mind being representative of
the heavens that must be dissolved so we can come into our new mind,
which is Christ. I myself agree wholeheartedly with this truth, but
as I have written earlier in this article, I am ready now to allow
the Lord to enlarge my vision and understanding concerning these
states and conditions.
Isa 54:2
Enlarge the place
of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine
habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy
stakes;
KJV
I would like to offer
to you this thought, that there is also in creation itself a hidden
image that awaits to be seen, as the illusions of this natural image
begin to melt away by reason of the brightness of the Light that is
Christ in our midst begins to reveal a new world within everything
that came out from the Source of Life, both those things we now see
and those things we cannot see! Set boundaries that have been
established by God for the ages of mankind will eventually be
dissolved and we will begin to see an appointed ministry start the
process of change and transformation that will move thrones,
dominions, principalities, powers, governments, orders, ranks and
patterns out of their place and the heavens and the earth will be
tumultuous with change! Beginning in our own temple, there will
start to come forth thundering and lightning, voices and trumpets,
earthquakes, fires, floods, all changing the landscape of our being.
What will come forth is a Perfect Man, a New Creature that does not
operate on the same plane as other creatures. Jesus walked in this
realm after His resurrection and displayed a freedom from the
natural laws that set a precedent for all that would come after Him.
Even before His resurrection He was able to walk on water, appear
and disappear, shine like the noon sun, pass through crowds
untouched, constantly breaking the laws of time and space and mass.
But, He was still subject to doing only those things that the Father
allowed Him to do. But, after His resurrection, He was never more to
answer to the realm of man, free to move beyond the parameters of
the natural order of things and to be both natural and spiritual in
a perfect union of design and purpose. That is where we are headed,
dear ones! We are crossing over the border and we are going beyond
the realm of healings and signs and wonders, into a realm of
wholeness and completeness, with all of our parts brought into
perfect harmony with each other. So, as we look at the specific
terms that the scripture uses regarding patterns and orders, let us
remain aware of the fact that these terms refer to the time that
leads up to the total unveiling of God’s presence in all things.
Until then, we will fulfill our appointed order and rank in a
faithful submission to His plan and purpose and we will play our
role to the full extent asked of us. However, be aware that we are
now beginning to move out of that place into a new frontier of
God-Life that will take us to places that we may not be ready to go
to yet.
There is a tendency on
our part to want everything around us to have a sameness and a
conformity. However, God has made it abundantly clear through the
pattern of His natural creation that He desires and has purposed for
there to be a vast amount of diversity throughout His handiwork.
Innumerable species of organic life and a vast array of inorganic
structures and colors make up this beautiful planet called earth.
When seen from space, our planet is an incredibly gorgeous sphere of
blue oceans and white clouds, encompassing the browns and greens of
the landscape. On earth itself, the surface is full of trees and
flowers, of every color, hue and shade, majestic mountains and
crystal rivers. Even the creatures themselves are of every shape and
pattern of color and size. No wonder David exclaimed over and over
again how wondrous the works of His hands were and how marvelous are
His ways. Indeed, the whole planet speaks of such unity of diversity
that it shouts aloud to all that have eyes to see that this is not
something that came about haphazardly, by some strike of good
fortune and luck, but the very creation itself witnesses to the fact
that there was a Divine Architect behind it all. I used to enjoy
sitting in airports, waiting either to catch a flight or waiting to
pick someone up, watching all the people move through the airport.
They came in all sizes, colors, fashions, attitudes and behaviors!
What an eclectic crowd it was for me to behold and the diversity of
the people spoke volumes of how different the peoples of the world
can be. Yet, when you think about it, there was more in common
amongst the travelers than there was difference. Oh yes, some were
outrageously different in the fashion of their clothes or the
attitude that they portrayed, but under all of those outer
appearances, they were simply all humans, brothers and sisters in
their deepest genetic depths. Why did I find it enjoyable to be able
to look upon this scene? Because it spoke of LIFE! Life is movement,
color, expression, vitality and in such a place as an International
Airport, where one can see the results of LIFE throughout the world,
coming together in a single terminal, it was in a sense an
affirmation that we are all fearfully and wonderfully made.
What causes such
prejudice and anger amongst the peoples of the world is a lack of
appreciation for the diversity of mankind, instituted and sanctioned
by an awesome God. Contrast is one of the most important elements of
God’s gift to man. Without contrast, revealing the different shades
of colors and hues, we would be as blind as a bat. Without contrast
in our surroundings, we might as well be in a dark room with no
light at all, since we would have no distinction to tell one thing
from another. Without contrast, we could be in the midst of total
light and still be blind! If everything were bright and white, it
would be impossible to judge one object from another, just as it
would be if we were in total darkness. Some would prefer to have no
darkness at all! They may not know it, but if that were the case, we
would be in a world without shape or form, having no discernible way
to appreciate all the wondrous blessings around us. So, the
scriptures state that not only did God create the light, but He
created the darkness also. Isaiah 45:7 Why? So we can have contrast
to be able to appreciate and be thankful for the Light versus the
darkness. It is interesting to note that in Genesis we have the
account of the 7 days of God’s creating the heavens and the earth.
The earth was void and formless and darkness covered the deep. Now,
there are different shades of darkness. Someone might walk into a
room at night and declare that it was dark in that room and turn on
a light switch to lighten it up. Then, there is UTTER darkness,
where one cannot see their hand in front of their face. In the house
that we lived in many years ago, we had a bedroom that was situated
in the middle of the house, having no windows. When the light switch
was turned off in that room, it was UTTER darkness, which made for a
great sleeping room for company. However, our guests would always
oversleep in that room, sleeping right through breakfast if we did
not wake them up! In that kind of darkness, it is impossible to keep
track of the time of day, without a timepiece to help you out. When
dealing with the Genesis account, we need to know that the darkness
spoken of in the first chapter is expressed with the definite
article, THE darkness, meaning this was more than a normal shadowy
darkness, but it was representative of a dark that permeated
everything, leaving it without contrast or form. The entire world
was in a state of gross darkness and it was void of any discernible
expression at all. The Hebrew word used for darkness here is
“choshek” which is defined as “THE dark and figuratively as misery,
destruction, death, ignorance, sorrow, wickedness, obscurity.” This
is not just speaking of a moonless night kind of darkness, but it is
a STATE of death and misery. This darkness has complete power over
all of the earth. Then, something begins to happen in this place of
death and destruction. The spirit of the Lord started to move upon
the face of the waters, an expression was ready to be made in the
midst of the silent, deadly darkness that would start to change and
transform the earth into a living planet! I like the way that
Young’s Literal Translation states this “movement” of the spirit.
Genesis 1-2
1 In the beginning of God's
preparing the heavens and the earth --
2 the earth hath existed waste and
void, and darkness [is] on the face of the deep, and the Spirit of
God fluttering on the face of the waters, YLT
Notice that the Spirit
is “fluttering”, depicting wings of movement, a hovering over the
waters. There are many instances in the scriptures where God and His
spirit are depicted as having wings, which both cover and protect
and also cause movement. The flying creatures of both Daniel and
Revelation are described as having wings that cover their body and
give them movement. What a wondrous God we serve! Into the midst of
this dead, silent and still darkness comes a fluttering of Spirit,
stirring the air and moving the face of the waters with its wings,
beating the air and causing the stagnant atmosphere to begin to move
and live. This is the first sign of restoration for this planet,
MOVEMENT. I remember praying for a woman that had been paralyzed in
a car accident and the Word of the Lord to her was to MOVE, even if
it was a finger or a toe, she had to believe that she could MOVE and
continue to MOVE until that movement started to permeate her entire
body. The last time I saw her, she was walking through the house,
MOVING! We must not settle into a state of paralysis as we continue
to wait upon the Lord for this great appearing of our Lord in the
saints. Movement for us is critical, progression in Christ is
absolutely a necessity for us at this time. We cannot rely on what
has happened in the past history of our walk in Christ, we must
forge new ground today. Pray, seek, knock, ask, reach forth, grab
hold, run, walk, press, all of these are actions that denote a
people that are alive in their calling and destiny, moving forward,
not sitting down and languishing away the Day of the Lord. We must
be early risers, greeting the first rays of the morning with our
faces lifted to our Redeemer, the early First Fruits, the first out
of the field, the first early grains on the stalk, the first to
praise, the first to worship, the first to speak the Word. It is in
our genetic lineage to be the “First”, even as our elder brother,
Jesus the Christ of God, was the first Son to be raised, even so we
have that same distinction as the first of His harvest from the
corruption of Adam. As He is our First Fruit and Tithe unto the
Father, so we are the first fruits of His resurrection, the early
witness that by the same Spirit that first raised Him from the dead
will now indeed raise us up into that glorified state, to reign with
Him. I can hear the beating of wings, my friends, movement of the
air and a sign of change that will change the atmosphere around us!
Let us not sleep as others do, but awaken unto Righteousness and be
ready for anything.
In the
biological world, movement is life. The human cell is a hotbed of
activity with constant movement of all its parts, operating in a
unified activity of production and assembly. When a cell ceases to
move, it ceases to live. When God’s people become stagnant and
listless, they become expressionless and irrelevant. Out of the
movement of the beating wings of the Spirit of God came forth an
expression of creative life that would begin the grand measure of
change and transformation in the earth that would take the world
from a state of chaos and destruction into a world of such
magnificence and grandeur that it would cause its human inhabitants
to write countless books and songs depicting its unmatched beauty
throughout the ages. A state of readiness had taken place in the
earth, in every element and molecule embedded in the darkness,
electricity filled the air and the heavens were alive with pent up
energy, ready to explode forth the New Life that was making itself
known. Then, a New Expression came forth, a Word from THE Word, a
voice of creative power that came forth from the Presence that
sounded forth from the very midst of the darkness, not from a
singular place in the darkness, but it emanated out of the darkness
itself! You see, dear friends, darkness is nothing more than
potential light! The same molecules that make up darkness are the
very same molecules that when moved upon by the vibration of a light
source will begin to illuminate, taking on the energy from the heat
of the light. Whenever a light switch is turned on and the electric
current in the wiring is allowed to make its way to the filament of
a light bulb, energy is released into the air around it. The same
molecules that made up the darkness in the room are the same
molecules that now give forth light, having been illuminated and
energized by the energy release by the filament. Of course,
according to the wattage of the bulb, there will be a set measure of
energy that permeates the surrounding area of the bulb. The farther
away from the bulb, the less energy will be present and the light
will fade. But, if you were to put another bulb in that same light
socket with a greater amount of wattage, the light will increase
accordingly. There is not a removal of dark molecules by a new
amount of energized molecules, simply a transfiguration takes place
in the dark molecules that turns them into instruments of light. Our
world today is very dark, as we all can attest to. At times, it
would seem an impossibility that anything could change such an
embedded atmosphere of darkness as we see in the nations today. I
remember as a young man, ministering the message of reconciliation
and the restitution of all things, how I had to stay in the spirit
when thinking about the literal changing of all mankind. However, as
the years passed, I realized how simple it is for the Lord to shine
His light in the hearts of mankind, simply by illuminating that
Light that every man is lighted with from birth. Oh yes, there is a
light in every man, buried down within that is unknown and unseen by
those around them. The most evil of creatures are seemingly devoid
of any expression of light at all. Sort of like the Genesis account
describes, UTTER darkness in the souls of men. But, as then so is it
now, all it takes is an expression of Word, “LET THERE BE LIGHT”,
and Light IS. It IS because it fills everything everywhere with its
potentiality of expression. That is an awesome Truth! Everything
that is seen and everything that is not seen, has its beginnings in
LIGHT, for there is only ONE CREATOR, God Almighty. Everything came
forth out of His radiant self, lowered down from that LIGHT that has
no shadow of darkness in it at all. In the lowering creative action,
the creation was less than the LIGHT, so darkness came into
expression. However, the fact remains that EVERYTHING that was
created by Him had within its embodiment a residue of God Light,
which still remains in the creation today. For this reason, there is
within creation itself a groan of desire to come into that true
expression of Light and Glory.
Romans 8:18-23
18 [But what of that?] For I
consider that the sufferings of this present time (this present
life) are not worth being compared with the glory that is about to
be revealed to us and in us and [g]for
us and [h]conferred on us!
19 For [even the whole] creation
(all nature) waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God’s sons to
be made known [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their
sonship].
20 For the creation (nature) was
subjected to [i]frailty (to
futility, condemned to frustration), not because of some intentional
fault on its part, but by the will of Him Who so subjected it—[yet]
with the hope
21 That nature (creation) itself
will be set free from its bondage to decay and corruption [and gain
an entrance] into the glorious freedom of God’s children.
22 We know that the whole creation
[of irrational creatures] has been moaning together in the pains of
labor until now.
23 And not only the creation, but
we ourselves too, who have and enjoy the firstfruits of the [Holy]
Spirit [a foretaste of the blissful things to come] groan inwardly
as we wait for the redemption of our bodies [from sensuality and the
grave, which will reveal] our adoption (our manifestation as God’s
sons). AMP
We need a revelation
today of how much potential is present in the creation of God. Evil
is potential good, darkness is potential light, death is potential
life, meaning that nothing is eternally anchored in the present
state and condition it is manifesting at this moment of time.
Everything is subject to change. As enlightened priests and kings of
the Christ, we should be constantly aware of this fact. As the Word
of Truth is broadcast throughout the earth, not by TV or Radio
waves, not through an electronic internet highway, but by the Voice
of the Resurrection, everything everywhere is subject to being
changed through that pure expression of God Light. Now, the words of
the scriptures and the opinions of men and women concerning those
scriptures are being sent throughout the world by all of the various
methods of our electronic age, but the world is still unchanged. If
that were the answer for the darkened world surely by this time,
after 2,000 years of preaching, teaching and admonishing the world
should be saved a thousand times over. The truth of the matter is
that for the most part, the church systems of religion have only
dragged people out of one degree of darkness into another degree of
religious darkness, and one can only guess as to which one of those
degrees are the darkest. But, I have good news! There is a beating
of the wings of God’s Spirit in the earth today, a fluttering of
movement and change that makes me to know He is ready to speak THE
WORD out of a people today that will cause Light to spring up out of
the midst of darkness and bring forth the true nature of Christ that
will indeed reconstitute creation to their original state and
condition. What a wonder He is!
Matthew 4:13-17
13 And leaving Nazareth, He went and
dwelt in Capernaum by the sea, in the country of Zebulun and
Naphtali—
14 That what was spoken by the
prophet Isaiah might be brought to pass:
15 The land of Zebulun and the land
of Naphtali, in the [h]way to
the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles [of the [i]peoples
who are not of Israel]—
16 The people who sat [j](dwelt
enveloped) in darkness have seen a great Light, and for those who
sat in the land and shadow of death Light has dawned.
17 From that time Jesus began to
preach, [k]crying out, Repent ([l]change
your mind for the better, heartily amend your ways, with abhorrence
of your past sins), for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. AMP
Notice in the verses
above how the people SAT in darkness and shadow of death. Then,
glory to God, Light came and those that SAT now rose up to their
feet and were illuminated! Once the dawn of Light came then new life
was manifested. From the time that Jesus was tempted in the
wilderness and afterward he heard that John the Baptist had been
cast into prison, Jesus began to manifest His ministry in the earth
and from that point onward, the world was to be turned upside down
as He declared the kingdom of heaven to be “at hand.” Light came
forth and then the world was electrified by its power and
illumination. The permeating darkness in the hearts of mankind could
not comprehend it, but to those that did comprehend it, they had the
authoritative power to become sons of God. Beloved, we are destined
to be found immersed in the Light of the Father, radiating forth the
Truth of that Light to every man. You may be in a place of darkness
right now, as so many of the dear saints of God are going through
such trying times in their lives, but I would have you to know that
Light is present in the midst of such dark times. Not in things
outside of you, but within you there is potential illumination,
ready to shine in your life and bring peace and health to your soul
and body. Darkness cannot resist the illuminating power of the
Light. I have said this many times, but will say it once again. When
a room that is filled with light has the door opened to the darkness
of the night, the darkness does not fall into the room, the light
shines out of the room into the darkness. Darkness is powerless when
Light shines forth. Within your trial is the presence of light and
how great that light shines forth when the trial is over. Light
SPRINGS forth, rising out of the darkness and subduing all doubts
and fears. He will not leave us in the shadows of death, but He will
visit us with His visitation in the hour of our agony. Believe me
when I say that He knows where you are and even now has plans to
bring you to a better place. This will pass and what will remain is
an overcoming son of God, refined and purified, equipped and clothed
in Victory and Resurrection power! Be not afraid. He has set you in
your place and will keep you by the strength of His right arm of
salvation. Men cannot keep you from your appointed hour, events
cannot hinder you from arriving at your designated visitation, the
prison house of sickness and disease cannot hold you, the schemes
and conniving of enemies cannot snatch victory from you, for you are
the chosen of the Lord, called and ordained and foretold from the
beginning to be His express image in the earth. Let the storms rise
and let the heathen rage. We will not lie down in despair. We will
rise up early in the morning with the praise of God on our lips and
a song in our heart. We will not forget the wonders of our Lord and
His tender mercies that endure forever. He has already made a way of
escape for us and His host are arrayed about us. We are not alone.
We are joined to the Body of Christ and nothing will separate us
from our brothers and sisters in Christ. We breathe in Life from our
Kinsmen and join the spiritual choir that sings the anthem of the
Lordship of Jesus. If I only had one word that I could speak into
your life today, that single word would be MOVE! Don’t settle for
where you are now, but rise up and start to press on into the
greater things God has for you. It will not come to you, you will
have to go to it. Seek after it with all your heart and own it! God
has anointed you for this very reason, so you can enter into all
that He has available for you to experience.
Some would have us to
wait upon this Day like others wait upon the rapture to take place.
We are not sitting down waiting for something to appear in the sky
some day and take us all home to heaven. We are in this world, not
to try to escape from it, but to change it! He has given us power
from on high to set the heavens in order, to give life to the dying,
to give joy to the sorrowful. We are not afraid of the big bad
boogie man in the dark, he is afraid of us! Devils tremble because
of the manifestation of Christ in His Body. We cause the terrors of
the night to become terrorized, by reason of the birthright we
possess. We are the death of death, our sword is sharp and two
edged, we are named with the Name of the Son of God, the Word is in
us and our strength wanes not. We are set on fire with the righteous
indignation of God’s holiness and we have an appointment with the
very gates of hell. We are sent forth from the Father with a Holy
Commission, having been initiated into the Sacred Secret of His
Word. Our eye is single and our heart is fixed upon the will of God
for our life. Nothing else matters, nothing else satisfies, we are
hopelessly addicted to His love. We are wonderfully strange in
comparison to the religious ranks of Babylonian apostasy. We are
immune to the trappings of ego and celebrity. Money holds no power
over us, as our only possession that truly matters is the Lord
Himself. We are true Priests, born of God, clothed with Christ, set
aside and sanctified to be His instruments of service. We do not
demand the people of God to serve us, we serve the people of God. We
are moved by the infirmities of the afflicted and refuse to leave
them in their condition. We are repairers of the Breach, restorers
of Paths to dwell in, we speak of things as though they were, when
they are not. We declare the end from the beginning and we see with
the eyes of God. We will never know defeat, for we serve the
Champion of Love! For us, nothing is impossible for we are filled
with the possibilities of an unlimited Life. In truth, we have lost
our own life and identity, having cast it aside with disdain in
order that we may be found in the One that has bought us and
redeemed us. We have no agenda outside of fulfilling God’s will and
purpose. In our ministry, numbers mean nothing to us, as we know
that every time we speak by the unction of the Holy Ghost, we are
ministering to an innumerable congregation. We have no prejudice in
delivering the Word of the Lord, to rich or poor, sinner or saint,
kings or servants, the Word of the Lord will be given without cost.
We are the expression of Christ in the earth. So be it.
