“RNA - The Priesthood Of The Cell”
Isaiah Chapter 1
The vision of Isaiah the son of Amoz, which he saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah. 2. Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth: for the Lord hath spoken, I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against me. 3. The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master's crib: but Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider. 4. Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the Lord, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward. 5. Why should ye be stricken any more? ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint. 6. From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds, and bruises, and putrifying sores: they have not been closed, neither bound up, neither mollified with ointment.
21 How is the faithful city become an harlot! it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it; but now murderers. 22. Thy silver is become dross, thy wine mixed with water: 23. Thy princes are rebellious, and companions of thieves: every one loveth gifts, and followeth after rewards: they judge not the fatherless, neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them. 24. Therefore saith the Lord, the Lord of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies: 25. And I will turn my hand upon thee, and purely purge away thy dross, and take away all thy tin: 26. And I will restore thy judges as at the first, and thy counsellors as at the beginning: afterward thou shalt be called, The city of righteousness, the faithful city. 27. Zion shall be redeemed with judgment, and her converts with righteousness.
There is no doubt that the Body of Christ is in critical condition. Isaiah’s searing indictment against Israel and her leaders is a testimony of what happens when the people of God forget their way and their spiritual leaders allow corruption to enter into their office. Today, we are faced with a spiritually vacant religious system that has polluted itself with greed and lasciviousness, which has resulted in a lust for power and money. Just as in the days of Isaiah, our silver (pure judgment) has become dross, the dregs of molten silver, judgment without righteousness. Further, our princes (ministry leadership) are rebellious and gather themselves together with those that would steal the people of God blind, who love to receive gifts and praises of men and their fellows, following after carnal rewards. This is the bare fact of the matter, as my intent is not to be casting stones of condemnation at the religious systems of men, but simply to look at the Body of Christ with an open eye and unflinching honesty. To go even further in defining what I want to center our attention upon, I am not looking at the vast Body of Christ in making these observations, as I know the Lord has all aspects of His Body under His governance and grace. Rather, I want to center these comments upon that part of the Body of Christ that has been chosen by the Father to become the healing agent for the sickness of the universal Body of Christ. It is evident to me that the universal Body of Christ cannot heal itself. So, the Lord has reserved this time in Himself to bring forth a select and peculiar ministry that will be formed into the apothecary that is needed for the Body of Christ to become whole and complete. So it is that Christ is calling forth sons, fashioned and equipped to bring unity out of chaos, oneness out of division, strength out of weakness, humility out of arrogance, righteous judgment out of lawlessness.
This Apothecary will be the answer for the estrangement between the people of God and their true Father. It will reconnect the Body to the Head through a Holy Priesthood that will act as a bridge between man and God, restoring the relationship between the King and His kingdom. For this cause, we are being prepared to become that Apothecary, as through much pressings, judgments, purgings and fiery trials we are being transfigured and molded into the agents that will bring an end to death and all of its side effects. We are not finished yet! There is much more change that needs to take place in the midst of the sons of God that carry within them the Word that must be delivered to the Body of Christ. Above all other parts of the universal Body of Christ, the sons of God are in the greatest need for righteous judgment, since we are the carriers of such a divine ordination. In truth, looking with that same unflinching, open eye of discernment, the sons of God are in disarray, without order or rank in our midst. We are a fractured priesthood and a powerless kingship. Our ranks are rife with schism and division with gross infighting that has caused a tremendous rift between the different circles of fellowship that abound, all going under the same title as “kingdom people.” It seems that the ranks of kingdom believers are in a constant state of polarization, with every day bringing another term or title that functions as building another wall of division that is intended to put one group in an elevated state above all the other groups. Actually, as of this writing, the kingdom people are in the same shape and condition as any other part of the Body of Christ, with spiritual apathy, paralysis, indoctrination, arrogance, pride, egotism, individualism, merchandising, man-worship, all running rampant through the kingdom fellowships. It is sad to say, but not everything that declares itself as being kingdom, is actually true kingdom. Prophets still prophesy what the people want to hear, the teachers still teach what will tickle the ear and please the flesh, self-proclaimed visionaries and revelators still try to draw people to their personality and control. As Solomon noted in Ecclesiastes 1:14 - I have seen all the works that are done under the sun; and, behold, all is vanity and vexation of spirit. It is extremely disturbing to see the very people that are destined to bring about the restoration of creation in such a state. For this reason, I felt to write this chapter of The House That God Built, Volume Two, The Cell on the one molecule that is used by the cell to bring unity and wholeness to the cellular components, which allows the whole human body to grow and develop and function as a united organism. That molecule is RNA.
My first Volume of The House That God Built was on DNA – The Book of Life. In Volume One I described DNA as the entire genetic Book of Life, with all the genetic instructions for the approximately 100 Trillion cells of the human body to be manufactured and maintained. I related how each cell of those 100 Trillion cells has within it the entire genetic Book of Life, so that one cell is not above another cell, although they may have different structures and functions, they all contain a complete library of YOU! In the Body of Christ, it is the same thing. Christ is in every man and the Word resides complete in every human being. All mankind needs to be made whole is to have that Word activated in their being. That activation cannot be accomplished until a King/Priest order of sons are launched into the world by the spirit of Christ to start to SOUND the Everlasting Gospel and to unlock the code of silence that has kept the Word hidden and unknown in the hearts of all men everywhere. RNA is the cellular representation of such a ministry! Once the King/Priest order of Melchizedek is seen in the sons of God, there will come into the earth a corporate expression of Life and Glory that will outshine the sun. It will be the beginning of a new earth and a new heaven. The Word will be delivered to God’s children without the taint of flesh and without shadow or filter. Today, the Word of God has been delivered to God’s children as a mixture of flesh and spirit. Sorry to have to be so blunt, but I am determined to do my part to help us take off the rose-colored glasses that well meaning folks have put on us and to have us see once and for all how things really are in the Body of Christ, including the sons of God groups. I would venture to say that no one has heard a “pure, undiluted, uncompromised, unmixed Word of God” since Jesus last walked the earth. Now, we have heard some glorious sermons and read some wondrous writings, even heard life-changing expressions through the last 2 millennial days, but it is my opinion and conviction that we have not yet heard a Word from behind the veil, directly from the very Source that is God. I know many that believe they have both heard and declared a Word from behind the veil, but if this is so, then why isn’t the world changed because of that expression? Let us not be deceived, dear ones! Have no doubt, when that Word is manifested on this side of the veil, all heaven will break out! Let us not be found labeling something inferior as something that is superior, just for the sake of wanting it to be so. What is held in reserve for us cannot be compared with the diluted voice of the soulish realm of man. Worlds were made by that Word, planets were put in orbit, seas were formed, heavens were put in place, creatures were brought forth, life itself was put in motion, simply by the expression of that Word! Do you think that our feeble ministries that have been expressed thus far are going to be enough to reverse the curse and set the heavens and the earth on a new course? Yes, we have gone beyond the expression of Pentecost. Yes, we have delivered a revelatory message of the reconciliation of mankind through the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Yes, we have ministered and taught on the Feast of Tabernacles and we can expound on the finished work of Christ and the corporate man ministry. But, has any of this changed the world? Let me be extremely blunt here and pray for your forgiveness if this offends any of you, but has any aspect of our ministry of all of these revelatory truths kept us from the cruel impact of age and disease on our natural bodies? Look around you. How many believers do you know right now that have had to deal with some kind of common affliction that is found in the world at large? Cancer, heart disease, poverty, depression, divorce, drug and alcohol addiction, sexual perversions, violence, rape, Alzheimer disease, and the list goes on and on, all found in the lives of those that are destined to become the Apothecary of Christ for the world. Still, there are those that insist that we look beyond all of this obvious evidence of being not yet made whole, in order to minister their pet doctrines. In a sense, I think I can safely say that we have been suffering from a spiritual case of anorexia, which has caused us to see ourselves as a misrepresentation of what we truly are. How can someone become well if they never know they are sick? How can the judgments of the Lord begin if those that call themselves His HOUSE believe they are beyond the need for judgment? Judgment is not condemnation, judgment is a corrective action that brings a change for the better! We do not need teachers or prophets that keep telling us what we WANT to hear, we need teachers and prophets that will give us the TRUTH and then we can begin the journey of entering into the 3rd Day of Jesus Christ and see the whole HOUSE filled with His glory! We must not settle for something less than what Christ has purchased for us. We MUST NOT stop now! We must go on to the fullness that awaits us and bring forth the Life of God within us into the other dimensions of our being. The truth is, the flesh of man will always choose the path of least resistance. So, we find teachers that make excuses for our condition and make it sound like that is how the Lord intended for us to live. Our heads in the clouds and our mind in a constant state of denial. It is time to tell the flesh to shut up and let the spirit start to show us what needs to be done in order for us to take the next step into the manifestation of the sons of God. Now that we have faced our situation, what is the cure for it? I am glad you asked.
What the world needs now is love. Not fake, ooey-gooey love. True love. Love that takes us somewhere. Jesus is that Love and He is the Way to wholeness. His plan is to have many sons raised into His glory, engraved with His name and invested with His Life. Jesus has determined that He is not appearing to the world all by Himself, but He is going to appear WITHIN His saints. It is this corporate appearing that will manifest His salvation and redemption to the world at large, putting on open display His having “tabernacled” with His brethren in such a way that they have His voice and they sing His song and they walk His walk. In truth, the appearing of the Lord will be SUNG into all the heavens and the earth in an expression of LIGHT and SOUND. (Please request my writing, “The House That God Built Volume Two – The Cell, Chapter Six - Music & Light - The Language Of The Cell”) The reason we are in such a terrible state and condition today is that we have forgotten the Song of the Lord and we have stopped singing! The Word is to be sung, not spoken in an unknown tongue of man’s understanding. It is to be filled with the sing-song of the spirit, filled with all the variations of light and sound. The languages of the earth cannot contain the full glory of the Father and His love for us. No tongue can speak of that love in any language of man and express it in its true form. It must be expressed through the language of love, which is the musical rhythm of the heart, an expression that is not limited to the analytical machinery of the brain. This is why we must BECOME His expression, because it is beyond the ability of the tongue to convey in fullness. Indeed, the very moment we try to speak or write of that fullness, it is made less than what it is, by reason of the limitations of human language. If you don’t FEEL what I am writing, then you are not truly reading by the spirit. It is true that with any anointed writing you may have read, whether it is the Bible, or J Preston Eby, or Elwin Roach, or anyone else, if you are not reading and assimilating the words by the spirit it was written through, then you are not receiving the full impact of that expression. I don’t think my good friend, J Preston Eby, will mind me saying this, but I cannot sit down and just READ Bro. Eby’s writings! By this, I mean that I cannot take up his Kingdom Bible Studies newsletter and just read it right through. It is so full of truth and mature revelation, so deep and wide in its scope and importance for my life, that I find myself reading a few lines and then stopping to consider such a wondrous statement, transfixed by the impact of what is being expressed. I find myself EATING that writing, by mouthfuls, chewing and tasting the goodness of the Lord and the beauty of His substance. I do the same thing with the Bible. Some folks read the Bible cover to cover, some more than once. Yet, they are no better for the experience, except to be able to tell someone of their feat. The scriptures are a dead letter until they are EATEN and ASSIMILATED by those hungry for the Bread of Life! Then, the dead letter becomes a LIVING WORD. It is then that our soul is edified and our spirit is released into a state of joy and satisfaction. We are anorexic because we have not properly eaten of the Word of Life, both through the written word and the spoken word. We have settled for the cotton candy of the fleshly message of the religious systems of men, which do nothing but appease our taste buds, but our inner man is starving for the sustenance of the substance of Christ. If a child were left to its own desires as far as what it would eat, we all know what kind of diet it would settle for. Good parents will convince the child it must eat food items that don’t taste especially good but are necessary for proper growth and development. How many times as a child do I remember sitting at the table after everyone has finished their meal until I finally finished all my vegetables? Now that is Love! Even so, dear friends, I admonish you to put your fleshly mind on a diet from sugary feasts that do nothing for your spiritual welfare and start to hunger after the true Bread that is baked and ready for your consumption.
We are now at a stage in God’s plan where the elect of the Lord must continue their growth and development. We must continue our transformation and grow in stature and strength in the Lord. The only way for us to grow and develop in Christ is to be connected to the Head and the Source of our spiritual man. We must eat of Him and drink of Him. In the human cell, if there is not growth and development, the body will die. Each cell is made with a built-in process of growing all of the cellular components that make up the individual cell and the body itself. RNA, Ribonucleic Acid, is the agent that the cell uses to accomplish this. The difference between DNA, Deoxyribonucleic Acid, and RNA is that DNA does not WORK, meaning that it does not DO anything besides containing the genetic instructions for all the cells of the human body. It contains the blueprints for manufacturing the entire organism, from the heart cells, to the brain cells, to the bone cells and so on. Everything found in the human body is made from a blueprint found on the 23 pairs of chromosomes that make up the DNA molecule. RNA is the molecule that enters into the nucleus and READS the CODE contained on the DNA molecule and then takes that set of genetic instruction back out of the nucleus into the cytoplasm of the cell where it then instigates the production of that particular cellular component that is needed for the growth and development of the body. It is absolutely mind boggling to study this phenomenon and to realize that out of the single cell of the fertilized egg of the woman comes forth such a complex and differentiated organism as we are.
We must now put on our lab coats and go into a detailed and fascinating study of how our cells perform the every day duties of providing enough material for our entire organism to grow and develop into a living and breathing organism. Remember, everything I am discussing with you is a type and shadow of heavenly realities that make up the Body of Christ and its plethora of actions and interactions. You are a vital part of a universal Corporate Man that God wants to bring together to form His image and likeness. We are only a comparably small part of the entire Body of Christ, but we are the Apothecary of the Lord that will initiate healing and restoration to the creation of God, beginning with the first fruits of the First Fruit, which is Christ Jesus, our Savior and Priest/King. As we discussed earlier about the Word being the Song of the Lord, the sons of God will be the first to echo the Song of the Lord that was first sung into the earth 2,000 years ago through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus. This song has had many stanzas and verses to it through the ages, but now the time is come for there to be a message in song that will fill the earth with God’s glory, emptying hell out of every prisoner and allowing the River of Life to flow into every desert and wilderness in the hearts of mankind. Let us go beyond the veil of our carnal understanding and come to revealed Truth in the face of Jesus Christ. Now, let the biology lesson begin.
Since DNA is a Book of Life, there has to be a method by which the language of the Book is put into action in the cell. Just as the Word of the Lord needs to be expressed and then acted upon, the DNA nucleic acid must be read and then acted upon. In 6 days, or cycles of time, the Lord God made the earth and the heavens and then rested from His work on the seventh day. From that day to this day, God has been in His throne room and His Word has issued forth from Him. God does not work or labor, but has entered into a rest of BEING. HE IS! However, WHAT He is has been demonstrated throughout the ages by the law, prophets and the Church, His Body. We have been created by God to EXPRESS God and to give Him a Body to speak and move through. In the cell, DNA is located within the inner most part of the cell, the nucleus, which only a select number of cellular components can enter. RNA is one of those components. As I wrote in Volume One, DNA is made up of 4 bases, Adenosine, Thymine, Guanine and Cytosine. These are joined to a sugar and a phosphate to form a nucleotide, which forms a sideways T on the molecular chain. This 3 part nucleotide has a sugar and a phosphate positioned together vertically and one Base pointing horizontally. There are about 3 billion nucleotides that make up the human genome. One of the 4 bases listed above is the “rung” of the ladder, which is bonded to its counterpart base, forming the molecular ladder that DNA is famous for and which corresponds with Jacob’s ladder which illustrated it standing upon the earth and reaching into heaven, with God at the top and angels (messengers) ascending and descending upon the rungs of the ladder. DNA is the physical type of Jacob’s ladder. RNA is different from DNA in many aspects. It is a nucleic acid with four bases, but whereas DNA has Thymine as one of its bases, RNA replaces Thymine with the base Uracil. Also, RNA is not limited to existing in the nucleus, but is able to move from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. For this reason, I believe RNA is likened unto the priesthood of the Tabernacle of Moses, which had a relationship with the Shekinah Glory of God that dwelled between the wings of the cherubim overshadowing the ark of the covenant, above the mercy seat. Once a year, the high priest was to go behind the veil to offer the sacrificial blood for the camp of Israel. He also consulted the presence of God and communicated with a yea or nay through the Urim and Thummim within his breastplate. Likewise, RNA is able to function in both the holy of holies and the outer court of the cell.
There are 3 types of RNA in the cell. Messenger RNA (mRNA); Transfer RNA (tRNA); Ribosomal RNA (rDNA). I always find it amazing how science uses terms that are so similar to our own scriptural language. For instance, Messenger RNA is similar to the original language term for Angel, which in the Greek is defined as a “Messenger” and then one has to be amazed to see how this corresponds with the dream of Jacob, with Angels (Messengers) moving back and forth upon the ladder that connected earth to heaven. I will attempt to show you an even more detailed description of how Jacob’s ladder resembles not only the structure of DNA but also the function of RNA. DNA is formed in a double helix, or a ladder and contains a complete genetic book which is written in code which is the cellular code that each cell contains. If you were to take the DNA molecule that is found in each human cell and stretch it end to end, it would stand 6 feet tall! This molecule has more information upon it then is found in the Library of Congress. It is formed in the shape of a ladder because it has 2 strands joined to each other by rungs of nucleic bases, which are A-T and G-C. The base A (Adenosine) is always paired with T (Thymine) to form a part of the rung on the ladder and G (Guanine) is always paired with C (Cytosine) to form the other part of the rung on the ladder. These rungs are then placed on the ladder forming 2 ribs of the ladder, with each rung containing one of the four bases. When strung together, they form a language made up of individual bases, which are encoded with a specific set of instructions, which are called “genes.” The human genome has about 20,000 to 25,000 genes that vary in size of the amount of nucleotides they contain, from a few hundred bases to about 2 million bases. Our English alphabet is made up of 26 letters, or bases, whereas DNA can only use 4. In order to make a sentence, such as I am doing right now, I have to use letters from that alphabet in such a way that they can be “decoded” by the reader. If I just started to type some characters at random, this is what would result from such a random act. Iijnkejjnneakahemduandmejedmttae. As you can see, this would not be a readable use of the letters. But, if I have learned how to join certain letters together with spaces in between, then I can place them before you and if you also know how to read, or decipher, those letters in code, then I could instruct you to do something through them. Like, “go to the refrigerator and make yourself a sandwich.” So it is that each set of genes located on the DNA molecule display the 4 bases (letters) in such a way that they give very specific instructions to build proteins that the cell and the body needs. This would be the example of a genetic sentence written on the DNA molecule. AATGCCGGATCGGTTCAT. Now, because we do not speak the genetic language, this sentence does not make sense to us, but for the RNA molecule, it may mean to build a certain protein that is needed to repair the cell wall, or to strengthen the bones, or to regulate a hormone level in the body.
DNA is a double stranded molecule and each strand is a mirror image of the other. If you only had a single strand of the ladder of DNA, you could build the opposite strand of DNA by using a simple formula. Wherever the base A is used, the base T is always it’s counterpart. Wherever the base G is used, the base C is always it’s counterpart. It is this formula that allows the DNA to be copied over and over without any variation. For example, whenever there is a process of cell division initiated, the DNA molecule “unzips” the double strand ladder and forms 2 single strands of the molecule. In Mitosis, which we will look at closer in this study, the cell duplicates itself by reducing the amount of chromosomes from 46 to 23 and then copying all of its components and positioning them on opposite sides of the cell. Then the cell begins to form a double wall that splits the cell in half, with each cell containing one of the single strands of DNA. Then, the DNA begins to build a complete ladder again, using the single strand as a template, joining the bases to their designated counterpart base, A to T and G to C. The result is 2 identical cells containing the same genetic Book of Life. In this way, the odds of a genetic mistake are greatly reduced. This is very important, since from conception, the body is built from one cell to eventually 100 trillion cells! One can see how this many cellular divisions could result in gross mutations. As it is, even with this type of fail-safe genetic copying, there are cells that go through divisions and not all of the genetic encoding gets copied over. You can imagine how this could have dire consequences for the cell. Instead of having the genes telling us to “Go to the refrigerator and made a sandwich” with a few misplaced letters it could turn into something like, “Go to the stove and make a sandwich.” The original instruction would not be able to be carried out because of the mistranslation of a single word. Today, we see many examples of genetic mutation with certain physical abnormalities and certain biological diseases that are the results of mutated genetic instructions.
This same formula, using the single strand template of our DNA to copy information from a set number of genes, is used to form the RNA molecule from a specific gene on our DNA in the nucleus, then instructing that Messenger RNA (mRNA) to take that genetic instruction out to the cytoplasm to build that specific protein. The other part of this marvelous building project involves an organelle called a RIBOSOME. Ribosomes are found all over the cell, including the nucleus. They are a vital part of manufacturing the desired proteins that the mRNA wants to build. When the mRNA leaves the nucleus, it attaches itself to a ribosome. The RNA has copied the genetic code of the gene on the DNA molecule and has now transported it into the cytoplasm where the actual manufacturing will take place. In the cytoplasm there are various organelles that perform all different kinds of functions for the cell. Mitochondria are the power plants of the cell, where energy is produced to perform the work that needs to be done in cellular metabolism and all other activities. As in all environments where work is accomplished, there are organelles that act as housekeepers, digesting dead organelles or transporting certain proteins to the cell wall to be used elsewhere in the body. One organelle in particular concerning what I am discussing with you right now is known as the Endoplasmic Reticulum. It is a part of the cellular wall, and is found in 2 types, smooth surface or rough surface. The rough surfaced ER has ribosomes attached to its walls and this is where the manufacturing plant for the cell is found. As the Messenger RNA brings the genetic message out into the cytoplasm, it finds a ribosome attached to the ER. Then the process of transferring that message into a protein is accomplished through the Transfer RNA (tDNA) found within the Ribosome. The single strand of mRNA is fed through the Ribosome and the Transfer RNA begins to read the coded language on the mRNA, which will specify which amino acids are needed to form this particular protein chain. Free amino acids are floating throughout the cytoplasm and the tRNA begins to grab each needed type of amino acids, of which there are 20 different kinds, then chains them together to match the corresponding bases found on the mRNA. What results is a chain of amino acids that make up a specific protein that will then be used for the growth and development of the cell and ultimately the entire organism. This process takes place each second of our life, over and over again, copy after copy is churned out by the interaction of the DNA molecule and the genetic instructions written upon each gene of the DNA molecule, a truly miraculous process of manufacturing that makes up the cellular life of the human body.
As you can imagine, it is of the most paramount importance for the transcription of the genetic instructions on the DNA to be perfectly copied, letter for letter, onto the single strand of Messenger RNA. If not, the instruction will not be followed out properly and the specified protein will not be made correctly, resulting in a major problem for the cell and the organism itself. There are many well known conditions in our world today that are the result of something going wrong in the genetic decoding of the DNA molecule. Particularly in the womb, while the fetus is growing all of its parts, there are found many physical disorders that result in a baby that is challenged with a body that is not properly formed. The results can be tragic. Blindness, deafness, cleft palates, sickle cell disease, Down’s Syndrome, club foot, spinal bifida, and many other conditions are the result of improper genetic language in the cell’s DNA and RNA communication. When the DNA molecule itself has been mutated, then that resulting condition can be passed on from parent to child. Today, we know there are many causes for genetic mutations, some of which can be ingesting pathogens and toxins, ultraviolet rays, radiation, chemicals in our food and drinks, genetic disorders, and so on. Each day we see in our world the result of cells that can no longer adhere to the original genetic instructions because of being exposed to toxic elements that mutate the message of life and turn it into a death sentence. Some mutations are not revealed at birth, but only show up later in life. Some mutations are only inconveniences and the individual is able to have a full life with only a minor hindrance, but other mutations are much more serious, resulting in a short life span or a long-term condition that makes each day a survival test. Still, our physical bodies are a biological miracle, when you think of how many innumerable copies are made throughout our lifetime which for the vast majority of people result in a comparably healthy body for many long years. Even with all of the daily abuse that we put our bodies through, with our ridiculous appetites for all the wrong foods and how allergic we have become to physical exercise or how mentally stagnant we allow ourselves to become through our endless watching of television or playing video games and such, we are still able to perform our tasks day to day with only the occasional cause for concern, such as how out of breath we are at the top of the stairs, or the times we have to stop to try to remember what we went to the store to buy. We are very blessed indeed, but OH dear friend, can you imagine how much greater we could be if we only took our life seriously and did the things for our bodies that we know would make them feel and perform so much better! How full of joy and peace we could be if we only fed our body what constitutes life and energy, freeing up our immune systems to purify our systems without going through daily crisis management. When we are young, we think we are invulnerable to all the ills of sickness or even death. We take risks with our food and drink, knowing all along that we will have to “pay the price” for our indiscretions. However, that price is usually an upset stomach or perhaps nausea or diarrhea. Long term consequences are another story though, as habitual abuse to the digestive system can result in a mutation of the stomach and colon cells which could lead to much more serious conditions like diverticulitis or ulcers and even cancer. By this, we sin concerning the gift of life and not properly taking care of the Temple of the Holy Spirit.
Spiritually, can you see how important it is for the wellbeing and health of the spiritual man for us to be fed the correct food of the spirit? So many today show total disregard for what they allow to enter into their minds and hearts by gorging on strange doctrines and irresponsible teachings that mutate the true Word of Truth. As a result, their spiritual being is malnourished and weak, full of unsoundness and toxins. They have become their own priest, failing to discern what is true and false, what is spirit and what is flesh, no longer able to discern between the two. Just as you and I could not decode the genetic language of the cell by our own intellect, spiritually our natural man cannot know the things of God.
I Corinthians 2:9-16
9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. 11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. 16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
The cell is only as healthy as the natural order of the priesthood of the RNA molecule allows it to be. The Body of Christ is only as spiritually healthy and alive as the spiritual priesthood allows it to be. If our teachers are blind, what hope do we have to see God? If the leaders are so full of their own self, what hope do the followers have of ever coming into direct communion with the Lord Jesus? The religious church systems of men have made the people of God that attend their churches to be soulish junkies, hooked on the personalities and celebrity of the preachers. The people attend the services and hook up to the needle of man-worship, mainlining the soulish mutation of emotionalism and religious fervor. Oh yes, they shout and they dance and they cry Hallelujah, but the atmosphere is no different from any rock concert or comedy club act. Anyone can get a band and a sound system and blast your socks off, but that is not necessarily spirit! In my days of Pentecost, I remember some of the preachers accusing the devil of trying to dampen their anointing and they would tell them to turn the microphone volume up higher, as they equated loudness with spirit! Lord, have mercy! Such mutations have their effect on the Body of Christ, stealing the glory of God and replacing it with fleshly representations of the anointing. Just as in the natural, so it is in the spirit. In the natural, we live in a generation that wants to party every night, partaking of alcohol, drugs, illicit sex and living life on the edge. Girls give their virtue away just to fit in with the crowd they are around. At one time, young girls felt good about themselves being a virgin and saving themselves for their future husband, but now young ladies are made to feel ashamed for being such a prude and encouraged to give their virginity away just to be a part of their peers. The world is upside down and it is a sick world that we live in today. Our young people are being inundated with all kinds of spiritual deviations, from satanic worship to black magic and their souls are sick and undone. What is the answer? How do we save this present generation from such spiritual apostasy and death? We must see a Priest rise up with the Song of Truth! Every man, woman and child knows that Song deep in their inner being, as they were birthed in the midst of the Love Song of their Heavenly Father before time began. All it will take is just one voice to begin to sing that Song, as the whole earth and all of heaven will join in and sing along. Have you ever seen a crowd gathered in silence, perhaps in a somber moment, only to have a single individual begin to sing a song? At first, all you can hear is that solitary voice, but then something wonderful takes place. At the sound of that singular voice singing, one by one the other people begin to add their voice to the song, until the whole gathering starts to raise their voices and there is a mighty crescendo of sound filling the atmosphere with its message of hope and faith. I have been in such a scene and it was a sight to behold. Even so, all creation needs is to hear a single voice singing the ancient Song of Love, the Song of the Lord, the New Song for the New Man, then it will begin to spread its message of Love and Life throughout the multitudes of mankind, spirit to spirit, in a union of deep crying to deep, the original, unmixed, immutable Word of God will begin to sound throughout heaven and earth and everything will be made whole and complete, reconstituted with the original message of the spiritual DNA of the Father. God’s people will REMEMBER from whence they have come.
I believe we deserve better than what we are getting from the religious spirit that permeates all orders and ranks of the Christian faith, from Catholicism to the Kingdom circles. It is going to take true judgment to begin at the House of the Lord. We may have to do some things that we don’t want to do, because it is out of the ordinary for us, or because we don’t want to get out of our comfort zones. When someone gets sick with a deadly disease, they have to make choices as to how far they will go with the treatments they must go through to get well again. We have had many friends in our lives that have had cancer grow in their body and they have to make certain choices about whether to take chemotherapy, or radiation, or join a research group for a trial drug treatment, or even to go a whole other route and go into alternative methods of nutrition and detoxification. In truth, there is no “right” choice or “wrong” choice when making these kinds of choices, as whatever choice one makes concerning their mortality, they must be 100% committed to whatever choice they make. In years past, Charlotte and I stood with whatever choice our friends made, encouraging them to stay true to their choice of treatment and believing with them for their recovery. Of course, spiritually speaking, our first choice is to turn to the Great Physician for our healing and restoration. It is in His power to eradicate every disease from our body and to repair all damage from such disease. In fact, there is no limit to what the power of God can do for us. I believe even to the point of new organs being created and limbs appearing where there was no limb. This may sound silly to some, but I know that every cell contains the DNA instructions for a new leg, or a new arm, or a new spine, or a new brain, and on and on. All it takes is for the spirit to move on our body in a supernatural way and the physical system of healing and restoration is already in place. Of course, this takes the SPIRIT, not just a made up, positive mind. Also, the spirit must be willing and the action must be in God’s perfect plan for your life. This is why we are not following faith healers around the country and encouraging others to go to them for their healing, unless the SPIRIT speaks to do so. Many of our dear friends have had to lay their body down and be transferred into glory, including my dear Charlotte, not because we did not believe and have faith for them, but because the Master Plan designated this to be the time for their graduation from this life of shadows and afflictions into the glorious presence and light of He who lives eternally. No matter how much power we may have, we cannot act outside of the will and plan of the Father.
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: 2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; 3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; 4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; 5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; 6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; 7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; 8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
There is much wisdom in what King Solomon wrote in the above verses. Solomon recognized that every season in life has a reason and a purpose behind it. How complex are the ways of the Lord and His dealings in the lives of mankind! As we continue to press toward the mark of being brought back into our right mind in Christ, we must come to terms with the fact that the Father is not going to heal everyone that is sick. Those that He does heal, give glory to God through their healing. However, those that do not get healed give even greater glory to God through their faith and love for the Father, even in the laying down of their body for the glory of a greater life. We would that ALL would be healed and live to be a thousand years old, but we know that the Father has not allowed that to happen. So, we must live each day of our life with the honor and respect that it is due, not throwing it away on frivolous pleasures that only last for a space of time, but rejoicing in the goodness of the Lord and His blessed presence by which we have pleasures forevermore. Bless His Holy Name! Let us begin to live with a pure spirit and a pure mind. Cleanse us O Lord and make our heart pure. Remove from us any evil way, so we can live in peace with God and every man. Give us an honest soul, that does not deal unseemly with our fellow man, but cause us to be peacemakers and providers for your people. Out of our storehouse bring forth the fruits of the spirit and may we give freely of our bounty. Put healing in our hands, so we can touch the sick and see them recover. Give us words of life, so we can speak to the nations and heal the world of depravity and corruption. Make us your mouthpiece, so we can trumpet your glad tidings from the mountain tops and into the valleys, giving hope to the hopeless and shining your Light into the darkness of men’s hearts. Give us your Love, O Lord, so we do not have any shadow of hatred or prejudice. Give us an obedient heart and spirit and take from us the rebellious spirit that is as the sin of witchcraft unto you. Give us a tender heart toward you, Lord, so we can be corrected without resentment or anger. Give us a courageous spirit, Father, so we can live the Day out, standing in the fire until your curious work is done, without looking behind us for a door of escape. We want to please you, Lord, in everything we do or say. I know we can’t do these things by our own strength or desire, so I cry out to YOU, O LORD, for only you are able to change us in such a way.
Are we to continually walk in a divided house? I don’t believe so. I believe God has something greater for us and what some would present to us in their doctrines of carnal understanding falls far short of what I know to be His design and plan for His people. Some use these man-made doctrines to allow them to continue in sin, thinking that merely proclaiming everything is finished is enough, without birthing the finished product into evidence. Yes, Jesus finished everything at the cross in HIM, and fulfilled the law in HIM, but that is only the beginning of His glorious reign, not the end! Now that it has been accomplished and finished in HIM, so shall we also experience that ultimate victory in our flesh, through a transforming change (metamorphosis), that includes not only our spirit and soul, but also our body! Even when the saints of God are having to lay their natural house down, there remains a remnant of candidates for that glorious transfiguration that brings the final proof of Christ’s victory over death, hell and the grave. Let us not mutate the original Word of the Lord to us as given throughout the scriptures, that testify of an endless life swallowing up this outer tent and the rising of our eternal house from heaven. Let us not allow our frailty of body to dissuade us of the reality of an inner life, that at the sound of the Voice/Trumpet will be decoded and will become activated in the temple of God. Then, dear ones, that which has been hidden and unread within us will be manifested and revealed by our very own death, burial and resurrection. But, we will not die in an earthly grave, but in the Lord Himself, so that our mortal life is no more and His immortal life becomes our very own life. Our corruptible life is to be changed into His incorruptible life, so that the unveiled Word, that Song of Love, is sung with a certain and true sound out from our being into creation. Let the Temple be filled with His glory, let the courts be filled with His praise, let us worship the Lord in the Holy of Holies, until Zion rejoices again! Oh dear friend, can you FEEL what I am writing to you? If so, let us join together in supplication and prayer for the Lord to appear in Zion and to begin to rule His people with judgment and mercy. I know the Lord is dealing with His people again, in a true call to come to Him and yield themselves to His instructions. My heart is sick over the perverseness being displayed in the midst of God’s people, men and women with no shame, parading naked before the Holy things of God and profaning the very Name of our Lord Jesus. The time is at hand and the Lord will not tarry. We must enter into that secret place of the Most High and be made one with our King.
My spirit is weary of the ritualistic gatherings of the people of God. I desire a fresh appearing of the Lord in our midst. My heart yearns to see the Lord with a new clarity and a single eye. We must start to wait upon the Lord and to let Him teach us the ways of the spirit. My mind goes back to the times of my youth in the Lord, when I would get alone in a basement and lay before the Lord, simply waiting upon Him, yielded and still, weeping before Him with my face pressed to the floor. I was being called into the service of the King and I did not think I had anything that I could offer Him that would be of any service to Him. I was shy, full of doubts and fears, unstable and weak, a mere 16 years old teenager that had many problems and difficult circumstances at home, but I knew I had to obey His call. All I knew to do was to wait upon Him and believe that whatever I lacked, He would provide. Well, He did and here I am, 52 years later and now being called once again into something that I feel unable to properly express and unworthy of its trust and magnitude. Once again, all I know to do is to wait upon Him, in the stillness of His communion, believing Him for a change of heart and character to once again equip me for whatever He has in store for my life. Do you feel that call? Well and good. Our Lord is able to do above all we could think or imagine. Hasn’t He proven it to us over and over throughout our lives? I know we don’t look like much right now. Kind of ragged and singed around the edges, which comes from standing in the fire too long. We bear the marks of those that have been tried and tested on every hand, yet here we are, still standing on His promises. A little weary and tired, still, we are starting to catch our second wind and you better not get in our way, because we’ll run right over you in this race toward the prize of the high calling in Jesus Christ. We are a lot wiser and a lot more humble than when we started out and we have learned not to judge a book by its cover, nor a person by their outward appearance. We have entertained angels unaware and now we have our eyes wide open. We aim to follow the Lord wherever He leads us, even to hell and back. We are a people to be reckoned with and we know we are set for the pulling down of all the strongholds of the enemy. We are death eaters and we will not rest until every man is set free. So be it, Lord. Here I am to do your will.
